I started on Twitter last month and I am learning about its algorithms. Organic Engagement seems to be the key part of low-base growth.

I did several tries before I ended up with more or less a working thing. Here is more about it.

It's not a VIRAL growth but good enough if I can keep it consistent

I did several trials before and It just didn't work. I tried:

— Consistent posting ;
— Unique value Threads
— Easy posts with buzzwords and common opinions
— Paid Ads for posts and Ads
— Talking to big accounts (that worked a little)

Then I decided to change the approach after researching Twitter Organic Growth.

First, what is Organic Growth?

If you work with social media or have done brief research on it, you’ve probably heard about organic engagement. I call organic engagement the interactions generated without boosting or creating ads. The most varied ways in which followers react to content count for engagement, whether through feed or stories

Sound easy but I didn't get any results in the beginning. General advice from Twitter ( I don't think it's useful at all)

- Keep your Tweets relevant
- Experiment with your Twitter voice
- Create a community through active engagement
- Tweet with your audience's needs first

Another guide to Organic Growth seems more relevant but not practical enough. The article explains Twitter algorithms and gives tips on how to fit the algorithm.

1. Maintain an active Twitter presence
2. Get verified (Now possible with Twitter Blue)
3. Tweet at the right time
4. Use tags purposefully
5. Use photos, videos, GIFs
6. Encourage followers to engage
7. Try a Twitter Poll
8. Join relevant trends and topics
9. Repackage top content
10. Apply insights from Twitter Analytics

However, I believe that this is also too general. So I designed my strategy and It showed the first positive results. Check them out now! My Twitter https://twitter.com/0Gdao

So here is my strategy

It's a practical thing that is focused on organic growth in the desired niche. I am not sure that it will work for your account but may be worth trying.

  1. Set up your goals (My goal for Twitter is to promote my personal and business brands, I want to get qualified leads for my business).
  2. Create a list of target Twitter accounts whose audience is your audience or who is your target customer.
  3. List of Target hashtags and topics that are important and match your content.
  4. Prepare a Hypefury queue with scheduled tweets (There are many ways including AI on how to create tweets, check my tweets about it).
  5. Start Manual Organic Engagement or Hire an assistant (to do the manual job in my case, you can find such services on Fiverr).
Here are more details about manual organic engagement:
✅ Follow target accounts and accounts they follow
✅ Follow active accounts that posted with target hashtags recently
✅ Like and comment target accounts feed
✅ Retweet + Quote target accounts
  6. Check your Twitter and boost activity (Reply to comments, DM relevant people who followed you)
  7. That's it. Hopefully, it will work for you the same or better than it worked for me!
